Every student will be eligible for obtaining dual qualification i.e. B.Sc. (Aeronautics) degree from Jamia Millia Islamia University and Certificate of Recognition from CAR-147(Basic) organisation ICPL after successful completion of training programme at the same time. The students will have options to choose from a wide range of career opportunities based on their inclination on completion of the course.

Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics will provide students a strong aviation background to pursue higher academic education in Aviation, which will prepare them to acquire top positions in the aviation industry in the fields of commercial / general aviation, aerospace engineering, aerospace manufacturing, aviation technology & innovation, space exploration, air traffic management, aeronautical research & development etc.

On the other hand, the students have vast career options in the field of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. The students may take module examinations conducted by DGCA and qualify requisite modules for acquiring DGCA licence for aircraft / helicopter's maintenance / certification. The aviation industry is poised for substantial growth in India and a large demand of aircraft maintenance engineers in envisaged in the near future. This course will also enable students to opt for various opportunities in Airlines, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Facilities, Corporate and Business Aviation, Aircraft Manufacturing, Aerospace Research and Development, Aviation Training Institutes, Aircraft Leasing Companies, Aircraft Component Manufacturing and Repair organisations, Aviation Consultancy, Government Regulatory Agencies, startup innovative projects related to electric and hybrid aircraft, drones, and urban air mobility etc.

Indocopters Private Limited, which is one of India’s largest Helicopter MRO as well as a helicopter operator, needs regular intake of skilled manpower. The students will have vast opportunities to be considered for employment with the company.
