About Indocopters
During the dawn of the current century, there were no rotary-wing centric MRO’s to provide dedicated support to helicopter OEMs in India. During this period, in 2005, Indocopters was established at Greater Noida as an Authorised Service Centre for Airbus (erstwhile Eurocopter) helicopters. Indocopters has since evolved as a state-of-the-art, fully equipped facility providing the highest standards of engineering and ancillary support services for the civil helicopter industry in India.
Indocopters is a DGCA approved CAR 145 and CAR M Maintenance Organization providing round-the-clock support for Airbus, Leonardo and Bell Textron helicopters from our maintenance and ancillary support bases which are not only spread across multiple locations in India but also extend to our neighbouring countries of Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
Indocopters is a Recognised Maintenance Centre of Leonardo Helicopters for the 109 series of light multi-engine helicopters. We are also the Certified Maintenance Centre and Distributor for Safran Helicopter Engines – SafranHE.
Our quality systems and facilities have been extensively audited and thereafter approved by the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Govt of India for ‘Maintenance and Repair of Light and Medium helicopters as per OEM / CEMILAC approved technology’.
At Indocopters, customer’s preferences and individual needs are given great importance. In order to do so, we work in close coordination with renowned after-market suppliers and OEM’s like BLR Aerospace, Simplex Aerospace (a DART Aerospace company) and Aerometals Inc. for retrofitting and upgrading helicopters to meet mission-specific requirements. We are also the network partners and representatives of Rotortrade Services in India for sale of pre-owned helicopters.
We are well equipped to carry out cabin enrichment and complex and detailed aircraft completion services. Our Greater Noida facility also has an environment-controlled paint-shop to meet your custom painting and livery needs.
